Resort Care

The ideal solution for our clients who only let their villa to friends and family. We are on hand to ensure your ''home from home'' is ready and waiting for their arrival. We take care of villa preparation and any maintenance issues during their stay, simple.

FlexiCare

We understand that some of our clients want to have some control over their own bookings. So we work in co-operation with you, we market the property also in order to maximise your rental potential, using our on-line diary we are able to work seamlessly together.

Villa Presentation

Our pre season deep clean incorporating our ''Gleam Service''. The emphasis being on those hard to reach forgotten areas for example on top of kitchen cupboards, light fittings, curtain poles behind the washing machine and fridge/freezer. This service also includes the cleaning/polishing of all tiles areas, internal doors, cupboards, wardrobes, display units, bed frames, blinds, skirting boards and furniture. In order to be ready and waiting for your first guests all glassware, cutlery and crockery will be cleaned. A pre-season deep clean of your oven, fridge/freezer and BBQ will also be completed. The exterior will also be cleaned with particular attention given to outdoor furniture and sunbeds.
Pristine Service (Spring Clean)
Prepared with your guests in mind our Gleam service ensures that a clean and tidy ''home away from home'' experience awaits them. Our specialist team will assess your property on arrival guaranteeing it receives the care and attention it deserves. This service includes our signature towel folding and aromatherapy room scenting service before our team depart.
Gleam Service (Arrival)
Our Clean service encapsulates a detailed refresh of your property. On arrival our team will assess your property and determine areas that require increased focus. Our team will change all bed linen, towels, freshening up of bathrooms and toilet areas, replace and remove all rubbish, wipe down all kitchen surfaces (where possible) and cleaning of all floors (where possible).
Clean Service (Mid Stay)

Pool Cleaning

Using our preferred supplier they will ensure your pool is clean and healthy, whilst following the procedures and policies contained in the EU 15288-2 document.

Window Cleaning

During your villa preparation we will ensure all fingerprints etc. are removed from all windows/patio doors. We do however recommend all windows/patio doors be cleaned (inside and out) once per month. We can arrange tis via our preferred supplier.

Welcome Packs

All our guests receive a complimentary welcome pack on arrival:

  • Tea/Coffee/Milk Jiggers/Sugar
  • Water (1.5ltr)
  • Washing up liquid
  • Washing up sponge
  • Hand wash at every basin
  • Toilet roll

Meet and Greet

We can arrange a meet and greet service on arrival, we use this opportunity to show case your property, answer questions and respond to any requests. Your property manual is also introduced to them.

Property Manual

All our properties contain a bespoke manual. This manual details all they need to know about the property, local information and contact details etc.

Gardening

During your villa preparation we will remove unsightly weeds in the outdoor areas. Should further gardening by necessary we are able to arrange this and will liaise with you
